Drexel University AP credit

What each AP score earns at Drexel University for 2026-2027: 40 exams, credit shown in credits. Always confirm with the school before you plan your schedule.

Rules that apply to every exam

Incoming first-year students who take AP exams in May 2026 must complete all required Drexel University placement exams by the June 24 deadline.
A first-term course schedule will not be created until all required placement exams are completed.
Scores of 4 or higher on sophomore or junior year Chemistry, Calculus/Precalculus, or Physics AP exams may exempt students from placement exams if an unofficial score report is sent by June 1.
All incoming students must send official AP scores to Drexel University (School Code 2194) after final scores post to their AP transcripts.
Any necessary schedule adjustments for AP/IB/CLEP credit will be made by the academic advisor after initial schedule building.
